Szechwan wonton dipping sauce recipe 1

Ingredients
2 tbsp chilli oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soup stock
1 tsp fine sugar
1.5 tsp rice vinegar
pinch of szechuan peppercorn powder
1 tbsp chopped spring onion

Directions
  1. Add the chilli oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, soup stock, fine sugar and rice vinegar in a serving bowl. Stir vigorously to combine well onpage seo

Ingredients

sesame seed oil
chilli powder

½ tsp finely chopped garlic

  1. Mix the ketchup or tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil

  4. Add the cornstarch solution to the mixture slowly to thicken the mixture. If you want, add one teaspoon at a time. Check the consistency. Stop adding when the consistency you want is achieved (the art of Chinese cooking)

  6. Add a little sesame seed oil before serving

  1. Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic and sugar and chopped spring onion in a little saucepan
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil
  3. Reduce the heat when the mixture starts to boil
  4. Add the cornstarch solution to the mixture slowly to thicken the mixture. If you want, add one teaspoon at a time. Check the consistency. Stop adding when the consistency you want is achieved
  5. Pour the mixture in a small dipping bowl
  6. Add a little sesame seed oil before serving
